About me

I contain multitudes, just like you. Here's a snapshot.

I am a straight-talkin', big-hearted coach. In my work with clients, I use questions that evoke insight, my natural curiosity, mindfulness methodologies, the neuroscience behind change, intuition, and humor. In coaching sessions, clients laugh, cry, pause and think, notice, and commit to actions that move them toward their vision.

My own circuitous path transformed me and served me best when I remained connected to my root: who I am, what I believe, how I want to show up, and what I want to create in the world. I aim to help my clients cultivate this wisdom and enjoy its life-catalyzing effect, so their inner worlds match their outer success.

My professional experience spans law, policy, government, non-profit organizations, special education advocacy, writing, and the education sector. I have been a full-time, stay-at-home mom and experienced reentry into the workforce. I have enjoyed and wrestled with multiple permutations of work/life balance: full-time, part-time, consulting, and starting a business. And I have been a parent for 15 years, experiencing awe, gratitude and frustrations along the way.

I love cooking, have an affinity for dumplings, and am working on my latte art. The beach is my spiritual home: It's where I feel most myself and most tapped into the world beyond me. I enjoy reading books about neuroscience, coaching, mindfulness, poetry, and cookbooks. I practice yoga, meditation, and Reiki. I'm an exceptional friend and my cockapoo runs our house.
